We are excited to introduce the first version of the Logivery App for Shopify, a solution designed to simplify the integration between Shopify and the Logivery Cloud App, improving the automation and management of logistics.

How to setup the Logivery App for Shopify

To use all the features, you need to install the Logivery App in your Shopify store and configure a connector in the Logivery Cloud App.

Connector Configuration

  1. Log in to the Cloud App and navigate to the Connectors section.
  2. Click Add Connector and select the Shopify option.
  3. Assign an identifying label to the connector.
  4. After saving, go to the connector edit page to retrieve Authorization Token and Logivery App URL.
  5. Enable the Automatic Processes option to ensure order synchronization.

Installing the App on Shopify

The Logivery app for Shopify can be installed directly from the Shopify catalog or by visiting the dedicated link: https://shopify.logivery.cloud/.

  1. Enter your Shopify store URL and confirm the installation.
  2. Access the app from the Shopify menu.
  3. In the Connector Configuration section, enter the parameters obtained from the Cloud App.
  4. Test the connection and save the settings.

After setup, the app will start automatically tagging new orders to sync with the Cloud App.

How the Logivery App Works

The Logivery App uses a tag system to track the status of each order:

  • logivery-no-sync: order awaiting export.
  • logivery-syncing: order being sent to the Cloud App.
  • logivery-synced: order successfully synced.
  • logivery-error: error while synchronizing.

Orders with logivery-no-sync are exported automatically when automatic processes are enabled. Alternatively, the user can force the export using manual actions in the More actions menu in Shopify.

Advanced order management

The Logivery App offers several options for managing orders:

  • Manual export: You can send up to 5 orders at a time directly from your Shopify orders page.
  • Update Sync Status: To force an order with status "logivery-syncing" to update.
  • Queue Log Monitoring: To check the operations performed on the Cloud App and Shopify.
