UPS
Introduction
UPS is a global logistics operator, present in over 220 countries. Integrated into the Logivery platform, it enables shipment automation, real-time tracking, and advanced delivery management, helping optimize operational flows.
Service Configuration
1. To set up the UPS service , go to the shipping services menu on the left.

2. Click on Add Shipping Service at the top right
3. Select the UPS service to start configuring the parameters.
Configuring Parameters
1. Fill in the “UPS Account Number” field with the identification code assigned by the shipping service.

2. From the “Service Code” drop-down menu , select the type of service required for the shipment.

3. Access the "Label Type" drop-down menu and select the desired print format from those available. The platform allows you to choose between:
- PDF : standard format compatible with common printers.
- ZPL : format dedicated to Zebra thermal printers , optimized for direct printing via the Zebra Programming Language protocol.

4. In the shipping options panel, access the Shipment Charge drop-down menu and select the desired logistics service type. Your selection affects how shipping costs are managed.
Below is a description of the available options:
- Transportation: transportation costs are borne directly by the sender (Shipper).
- Duties and Taxes: The sender is responsible for any customs duties and import taxes.
- Broker of Choice: The recipient selects a third-party customs broker (other than UPS) to handle customs clearance.
5. Access the “First Information” drop-down menu and select the main content to be reported in the descriptive notes of the shipping label.
6. To complete the configuration, click on Save Courier Parameters
