If I change my mind after purchasing an annual subscription, am I entitled to a refund?
Yes! Logivery will refund any unused months, calculating the difference between the price paid and the months already used at the full monthly price (minus any discounts applied).

How is payment handled for shipping labels exceeding the 500 included in the Business plan?
At the beginning of each month, the system calculates the previous month's billing and charges any excess (at a rate of €0.05/label) to the same card used to pay the fee.
