Before you begin:

2. Fill out the form in detail:

  • Enter a clear subject that summarizes the problem
  • In the description, include what information or changes you are requesting, which account they apply to, and when you need them to be applied.
  • Attach screenshots or files that can help us better understand the situation

3. Response times:

  • We will respond to your ticket within 24 business hours (Mon-Fri, 9:00-18:00)
  • The complete resolution will depend on the complexity of the problem.
