Configuration

1. To access, click on the left menu Automations , a drop-down menu will open and then click on Assisted Shipping .

2. Click on Add Event Assisted Shipments  to create the event

3. Rename the activity in the Name field 

4. Click on Task  and then on Create Shipment.

 

5. On the left we find the menu for the filters while on the right we have the Configuration parameters .

6. Click Select warehouse from to open the drop-down menu.

Inherit configurations

 1. With the Inherit configuration  option the system acquires the choices previously preset in Pre -shipment creations  so as not to repeat the same choices in each configuration.

2. In the Standard weight per item menu , you must indicate to the courier how much the package you are sending weighs to understand the dimensions of the package and whether it can be shipped.

Normally the weight comes from the sales channel. If in this case the weight, for any reason is not indicated, it is still necessary to enter, even if in a flat rate, a weight of the shipment.

3. If you want to indicate the weight specifically, select the Standard Weight option as indicated below .

4. Enter the Standard Weight per item and the Unit of Measure in the appropriate fields.

5. In the last option you have the option to aggregate all the products in a single package or ship them in separate packages.

6. Click on the drop-down menu How to group products in shipping packages to view the 2 choices:

Aggregate all products from the same order into a single package : Aggregate all products into a single package.

Generate a package for each product to be shipped: ships a package for each product.

7. In the case of shipment with different packages, specify in the Number of containers per shipment field , the quantity of packages to be used for the shipment.

8. Click Save and Close   to complete the setup
