Introduction

This section represents the information hub of the system, providing an up-to-date operational overview of ongoing logistics activities. Through a concise yet structured visualization, it allows users to monitor in real time the status of active services, goods movements, incoming requests, and shipments being processed or approaching expiration. Each indicator is designed to highlight operational priorities, facilitate coordination between departments, and support timely decisions, both in terms of management and strategy.

Consultation

1. Click on the Service Delivery item in the left menu under the Marketplace menu.

2. This section provides a brief overview of ongoing logistics activities. The colored boxes highlight key metrics:

  • Active Customers (Blue)  Number of customers currently active in the system.
  • Inbound to Approve (Orange)  Inbound requests awaiting approval.
  • Shipments to be Processed (Green)  Total shipments still to be processed.
  • Shipments Due Today (Red)  Shipments that must be processed within the current day.

Operational note : Colors help identify priorities. Red indicates urgency, green indicates ongoing activity, orange indicates attention, and blue indicates active status.

3.  Inbound Requests to Evaluate  lists customer inbound requests, with useful details for evaluation and management:

  • Client : name of the requesting company.
  • Service : warehouse or logistics facility involved.
  • Estimated Arrival Date : Estimated day of receipt.
  • Information : details about the goods (quantity, type, weight).
  • Manage : button or icon to access operational management.

4. The "Active and Operational Services" section provides a detailed and dynamic view of ongoing logistics activities for each customer served by the system. Each row represents a combination of customer and warehouse, clearly displaying the volumes managed, shipment status, and any operational emergencies:

  • Customer : Identifies the commercial entity associated with the logistics operations.
  • Service : Specifies the active warehouse or logistics facility.
  • N. SKUs Managed : Indicates the number of product codes currently managed for the customer.
  • N. Pieces : Total quantity of items moved or stored.
  • N. Complete Packages : Number of complete packages recorded in the system.
  • Total Weight : Total weight of the goods handled.
  • Shipments to Handle : Number of shipments still to be processed.
  • Shipments Due Today : Shipments that must be processed within the current day.
  • Management : Button or icon that allows direct access to the customer's operational sheet for changes, approvals or interventions
