Automatic compilation of customs declaration

Configuration

1. To access the Post Shipment Creation section  in the Cloud App, select the item in the left menu under Configurations .

2. On the main page create an Event by clicking on

3. Rename the event in the Name field  to Customs Declaration.

4. Click on

5. On the main page click to show the drop-down menu.

6. Choose the option 

7. On the configuration page, choose the options in the left drop-down menu under Custom declaration data form.

Courier service preset : Takes customs data from the shipping service pre-filled.

Custom data : you have the option to choose custom customs data.

Customs data compilation

1. By choosing the Custom data option, the fields for completing the Customs Declaration appear on the screen.

 2. In the Customs Code field,  enter the Taric code that we indicated in the guide  📄 TARIC Codes  , also using the magnifying glass to search.

3. In the Summary Content field,  briefly describe the contents of the shipment.

4. In the Nature of transaction field,  choose from the drop-down menu:

• Gift
• Commercial sample
• Goods intended for sale
• Goods not intended for sale
• Documents

5. In the Origin of goods field,  select the nationality of the goods from the drop-down menu.
