Edit Shipment

  1. Once the shipment is created, the user can still edit it to correct or add any errors.
  2. In the actions menu, click on Edit to enter the shipment editing tab.
  3. The editable parameters are:
  • Tracking Number
  • Packaging Type
  • Dimensions and Weight
  • Shipment Lines
  • Delivery Preferences
  • Carrier to Use

4. Once in the edit menu, shipping routes can be selected.

The system will check the consistency between sender and recipient and the goods to be transported to indicate the appropriate carrier for the shipment to the user.

5. By scrolling through the editing page, the user can modify the type of packaging, dimensions, and weight of the container.

6. Finally, at the bottom, the user can edit the shipment lines and the choice of the shipping service.
