Configuration

1. Once you enter the Before creating shipment  page , click on Add event before creating shipment   to create the event

 and then click  Save and Close to complete

2. Once you are in the Before creating shipment Event List , click on the Activities drop-down menu on the right to view the creation options.

3. Rename the event to Courier Choice in the appropriate Tab.

4. Click on Activities  and choose the  Assign Courier Service option

5. As before, I can use filters to choose the courier or decide to select the cheapest courier for shipping, in this case do not set filters and choose the Cheapest courier service item from the Shipping service drop-down menu .

The search for the cheapest courier also takes place based on the warehouse assignments previously set. For example, if the shipment must depart from the French warehouse, the system searches for the cheapest courier among the French ones.

6. Using the filters, the user has the possibility, for example, to select a specific courier for shipments from Italy and another for shipments from France.

7. In the shipping service choices we also find the following items:

  • Inherit settings
  • Default from settings: You choose the default courier in your Team profile.
  • Selected courier service: to choose a courier from a list of enabled shipping services.

8. To complete the configuration click on Save and Close
