Introduction

The creation of the warehouse list is one of the fundamental features offered by the Cloud App, designed to optimize the logistical management of companies.

Thanks to an intuitive interface, the Cloud App allows adding, modifying, and managing multiple warehouses, personalizing them with specific information.

Configuration

1. To access the section, click on Warehouses in the menu on the left under the Settings section.

List of warehouses

1. In this section, the list of all warehouses created by the user will be displayed.

2. In the summary page, the user will see the following fields:

  • Warehouse Name
  • Company Name
  • Company Address
  • Company Street Number
  • Company City
  • Company Postal Code
  • Company Country

Warehouse creation

1, To add a warehouse, click on 

2. On this page, the user must enter all identifying data for the warehouse to be created.

  • Name: Enter the name of the warehouse as an identifier, which will also be printed on the labels.
  • Company: Enter the name of the company managing the warehouse. 
  • Country: Menu to view the list of available countries. 
  • Province: Enter the province of the warehouse. 
  • City: Enter the city of the warehouse. 
  • Postal Code: Enter the postal code of the warehouse. 
  • Address: Enter the complete address of the warehouse. 
  • Street Number: Enter the street number of the warehouse. 
  • Email: Enter a valid email for warehouse communications. 
  • Phone: Enter the phone number of the warehouse. If the given number is a mobile number, check the Mobile Phone field.

3. At the bottom, there is also a section to enter notes regarding the warehouse.

Tax data

1. Clicknext to the company name, two fields will appear on the screen to enter the company's tax information.

2. Once you have entered your Tax Code and VAT number in the appropriate fields, click on the green button to complete the entry.

Quick shipment creation

1. On the main page, where the list of created warehouses is located, you can activate the Quick Shipment creation function by clicking in the appropriate field.

2. Once the feature is activated, the user enters a mode for quickly creating the shipment from the warehouse.

Enabling Quick shipment creation will activate a new creation mode in the Shipments menu (under the operations menu on the left) called Add warehouse from warehouse, where the list of all warehouses that have this mode active will appear.

The use of this mode is linked to the creation of at least one shipment with Quick shipment creation.

Using this feature helps to significantly speed up the creation of the shipment by providing the warehouse data in a pre-populated way.
