Configuration

1. Click on  Post Order Creation  in the left menu under the Settings section .

2. Create an event by clicking on Add Event After Order Creation 

3. Rename the event in the Name section (e.g. Order Expiration).

4. Click on the Activities button  

and select the Assign deadline shipping date  option

5. Go to the Configuration section , set the time in the Cut-off time field and select the country in the Timezone field to apply the correct time zone.

The cut-off time represents the maximum time by which an order must be completed for it to be shipped the same day . After this limit, shipment is automatically postponed to the next business day.

6. Select the “Overwrite the deadline shipping date if already set” option to update the shipping date even if it has already been previously set.

7. In the "Country to consider for the holidays" drop-down menu , you can select the relevant country to automatically configure the national holiday dates in the system.

 

8. To include Saturday and Sunday as holidays in the system, simply select (flag) the two dedicated options in the configuration form.

9. In the “Days to Add” field , specify the number of days to postpone shipments received after the cut-off time.

10. The "Additional Holidays" field allows you to manually add additional holidays that are not included in the default national calendar.

11. Press Save and Close  to save the configuration
