Categorie

Introduction

Product categories allow you to organize your entire assortment in a logical and functional way, facilitating operational management, research, reporting, and data analysis.

Configuration

1. From the side navigation menu, go to the ' Product Management ' section and select the 'Categories ' item.

2. Click on Add Category at the top right. 

3. On the ' Create Categories ' page , fill in the ' Title' field with a unique name that describes the category you want to create.

4. To enter a detailed description of the category, use the text editor available in the section below.

5. To associate a visual reference with the category, you can upload an image by dragging it into the upload area in the " Photos " section.

6. In the  Search and match a Google taxonomy category field , you have the option to search and select an appropriate category from Google taxonomy , which is useful for classifying products or services according to Google standards.

7. In the  Search and match a TARIC code field you can search for and select a TARIC code , which is the customs nomenclature code used to identify goods for imports and exports within the European Union.

8. Click Save & Close to finish creating.
