Introduction

To enable inventory management, you need to activate the relevant options within the Team Profile Settings 📄 Team Profile 

Configuration

1. Click on the Team Profile item in the Permissions menu on the left.

2. Click on the Settings item at the top.

3. In the right menu, click on the Warehouse stocks settings .

4. Click the button Warehouse stock settings to enable warehouse inventory management

Once inventory management is enabled, the system will display a series of configurable options on the screen. These settings can be activated or deactivated based on the specific needs of the user or business process.

5. Generate warehouse movements when creating shipments : this option, if enabled, allows you to create warehouse movements when generating shipments.

 

Please note that if this option remains active, if there is no product available in stock, the shipment cannot be created.

6. Automatically select warehouse location : this option allows you to automatically choose where to collect or deposit the goods.

7. Allow partial fulfillment of orders in case of unvailability : by activating this option, it is possible to create a partial shipment of the goods in case of stock shortage.
